Annelise Van Der Pol

Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actress and musician. Her fame is based on her theatrical work and for her role as Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol, is an American performer (female), is best famous for her role as a regular in the television series That's So Raven. In 2006 she recorded her own cover of the iconic Disney track Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an upcoming edition of Disneymania. The song A Change in Me the most well-known song on Belle van der Poli's Broadway musical soundtrack, was written by her due to the role she played as Belle van der Pol.
