Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actress and musician. Her fame is based on her theatrical work and for her role as Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol, is an American performer (female), is best famous for her role as a regular in the television series That's So Raven.
